The Key Club motto is Caring - - Our Way of Life. Through Key Club’s work in the home, school, and community, Key Club is an effective and contributing organization at Barren County High and in our communities. Members of Key Club participate in many school and community service projects. Membership is open to any student who has a desire to help others. Key Club meets the 2nd Wednesday of each month during the first half of 4th block.
Many opportunities are available for members. Students can become officers at the local, district, and international levels. They can also compete in competitions at conventions on all levels. There is great opportunity for personal growth and experience in the Key Club. Scholarship opportunities are also available for Key Club members annually
Advisors/Sponsors: To be announced and the Kiwanis Club.
Who can join? Anyone can join. Key Club is a service organization, so members must be interested in helping others. They should have a good work ethic and be of good character.
Fees: $15.00 – this covers local, district, and international dues.
