Barren County, KY — Lily Key, a seventh-grade student at Barren County Middle School, has been elected as the 2026 Kentucky Junior Beta President, earning one of the highest honors within the state’s Junior Beta organization.
Key was selected during the Kentucky Junior Beta Convention, where students from across the state gathered to demonstrate leadership, academic excellence, and a commitment to service. As president, she will represent Junior Beta members statewide and promote the organization’s pillars of achievement, character, leadership, and service.
An active and dedicated member of her school’s Beta Club, Key is known for her positive attitude, strong work ethic, and enthusiasm for helping others. Her election reflects both her leadership abilities and her commitment to making a difference in her school and community.
In her role as state president, Key will have opportunities to engage with Beta members across Kentucky, support service initiatives, and encourage student involvement at all levels.
